Bryan is a founding member of Winter McFarland, LLC. Bryan has significant experience advising local, national and international clients in a variety of corporate, economic development and tax incentives matters. He also has extensive litigation experience representing diverse clients, including automotive suppliers, manufacturers, real estate developers, realtors, forest products companies, and governmental entities. Bryan has participated in the successful defense of wrongful death claims and has represented clients in nationwide, complex, multi-party litigation in the state and federal court systems. Bryan has served as the Chairman of the Alabama Germany Partnership, President of the Board of Directors of Temporary Services of West Alabama, Vice Chairman and General Counsel of the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama. Alabama Governor Bob Riley twice appointed Bryan to the City of Tuscaloosa Personnel Board. Bryan has recently served as Co-President of his Princeton Alumni Class. Bryan was recently profiled in Business Alabama as one of the “Movers and Shapers” of West Alabama.
